The
tutee or their parent pay the hourly rate, as outlined
below in the left hand column, at the end of each tuition
session.
From this fee, for each hour tutored, a flat fee of
£4 is payable to Mathminds to cover administration
costs.
As all tutors work on a self-employed
basis to assist with record keeping a timesheet will
be provided by Mathminds that should be taken to every
tuition session to be signed by the tutee or their parent.
The accumulated fees for the month
should be paid by cheque, payable to Mathminds.
A copy of this timesheet
and payment by cheque, payable to Mathminds, should
be sent by post to Mathminds on the first Tuesday of
every month.
