We will contact you by your preferred method (telephone/email) with the most suitable tutor to meet your requirements.

If you decide to accept, the tutor will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a time for the first tuiton session.

We will call after the first session to check that it has gone well.

We deem to check our tutors ability and background very thoroughly, however if in the unlikely event that the first session has not gone to plan, a replacement tutor will be offered.
