A. Passport/driving license/ birth certificate to confirm your identity
B. Utility bill/council tax/bank statement (less than 3 months old) to confirm your address
C. Relevant qualifications

Two references will then be checked - academic or employment related

If you do not possess an Enhanced Disclosure Scotland issued within the last three years, then a CRB check will be performed. The CRB reports any offence through the Enhanced Disclosure process that checks both local and national records. An enhanced Disclosure differs from a standard disclosure in that it seeks allegations and complaints, not just convictions. Any applicant with relevant allegations will not be accepted by Mathminds.
