A. Passport/driving license/ birth certificate to confirm your identity
B. Utility bill/council tax/bank statement (less than 3 months old) to confirm your address
C. Relevant qualifications
Two references will then be checked - academic or employment related
If you do not possess an Enhanced Disclosure Scotland certificate issued within the last three years you will require to apply to the CRB via Mathminds for a new certificate. Through the Enhanced Disclosure process the CRB reports any offences by checking both local and national records. An enhanced Disclosure differs from a standard disclosure in that it seeks allegations and complaints, not just convictions. Any applicant with relevant allegations will not be accepted by Mathminds.
