When a student/parent contacts our office, we take their details and requirements and match them to the most suitable tutor. The tutor is then contacted by us and offered the booking by telephone and/or email. We appreciate if tutors respond to us promptly with their decision to either accept or decline so we can either stop looking for a tutor for the student or select another tutor to offer the opportunity to.

The client is then contacted and given the name and details of the suitable tutor. The tutor is then given the contact details of the client so they can call a.s.a.p. to arrange the first lesson.

As soon as the first lesson has been arranged the tutor is required to contact Mathminds to confirm the booking. A contract is then sent out to be signed by the tutor and the client.
